Refund Policy

• Full refund — cancellation 14+ days before course start
• 50% refund — cancellation 7–13 days before start
• No refund — cancellation within 6 days of start
• Deposit is non-refundable but transferable once to a future date with 7 days’ notice

Student Conduct

• Students must arrive on time and be prepared
• Respectful behavior toward instructors and fellow students is required at all times
• Lamoria Beauty Institute reserves the right to remove any student disrupting the learning environment
• Personal phone calls not permitted during practical sessions

Certificate Issuance

• Certificate issued upon completion of all modules and practical assessment
• Lamoria Beauty Institute certificates are professional training credentials not state cosmetology licenses

Equipment & Kit Sales

• All kit and equipment sales are final no returns on opened products
• Defective items may be exchanged within 30 days of purchase with proof of purchase
