Take your lash career to the premium tier. Master American Volume (2D–5D) and Russian Volume (6D–16D) over two intensive days. Classic lash certificate required. Full kit and live model practice included.
Volume and Russian Volume are the premium tier of lash artistry. Clients wanting dramatic, full or ultra-fine cloud-like lashes request volume — and pay significantly more for it. This advanced two-day course is open only to certified classic lash artists. Day 1 covers volume theory in the classroom then moves to the studio floor for American Volume (2D–5D) fan practice. Day 2 is fully on the studio floor, working on a live model through Russian Volume (6D–16D) under instructor supervision. By the end of Day 2 you hold a volume certificate and are ready to charge premium rates.
Day 1 — Volume theory (classroom) + American Volume studio practice
- Volume lash theory — how fans differ from classic and why they behave differently
- Lash weight and health — why correct weighting protects natural lashes
- Adhesive for volume — humidity, temperature and drying times
- Handmade fan creation — pinching, blooming and securing technique
- American Volume (2D–5D) — practice on mannequin, lash mapping and look design
Day 2 — Russian Volume, advanced styling and live model (studio floor)
- Russian Volume (6D–16D) — ultra-fine lash selection and fan perfection
- Mega volume and wispy hybrid styling — mixing classic, volume and texture
- Volume fills and retention troubleshooting
- Pricing volume services — how to charge significantly more than classic
- Full volume set on live model (provided or student-sourced) — supervised by instructor
